VETERANS:

If your testing was ordered as part of a compensation & pension claim through the Department of Veteran Affairs, your records belong to the Veterans Administration and you will need to request your records from them. We do not have you r records nor do we have permission to release them if we did.

Please note we are happy to send pertinent records to the new provider of your choice. (past hearing tests, etc) Legally, we are only required to maintain records that are no older than ten years old. 

Any records created prior to March 2014 have been destroyed per HIPAA regulations.
